Type of project - redesign of legacy web application
Process
- Understand business requirements for the redesign of this application, interview with stakeholders, interview with 3rd party math algorithm firm
- Content Inventory of data points
- Develop IA documentation - Personas, Userflows, Navigation model & Responsive design strategy
- Branding & design guidelines
- Concepts & High Fidelity Screens
- Review with business users, firm users and consumers
- Review, Usability test and iterate designs
- Develop prototype for usability testing with real data
- Recommend user experience fixes on findings and repeat usability tests
- Work with development team in implementation strategy for UI interaction
Role & responsibilities
- Interview with stakeholders and business users for information about 3rd party data and Mathematical formulas for implementation
