I'm a Certified User Experience Professional (CUEP) with over 15 years of experience in UX Architecture, UX/UI design, UX Strategies and Creative Direction for Enterprises, Government and large Institutions. For the last couple of years, I've been working on complex mobile and web application designs, Augmented, Mixed and Virtual reality concepts.

As a Augmented/Virtual Reality consultant I work on cutting edge technologies implementing AR and VR user experiences for the telecommunications industry. Designing user experiences for AR and VR needs a different level of visualization and story telling. I have also been working on an Enterprise level Customer Service Application/product design which involves CCAI, Conversational designs and 3rd party product integrations. .

At Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, I used to lead the UX group in creating and documenting user experience deliverables, including UX discovery, concept sketches, visual concepts, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and usability testing for external and internal facing applications. Recipient of two IMA Awards - Best in class for Science & Technology.

Senior User Experience Specialist

ASCD May 2009 - Feb 2011

Designed and developed online system for teachers to create and review curriculum units from peers and subject matter experts instantly. Implemented live streaming of conference presentations, at each of our five yearly conferences, attracting over 3,000 users per session.

Lead User Experience

FINRA Dec 2005 - May 2009

Led the user experience design on a project, allowing 5400 investment firms to upload federally mandated fillings using an single web application instead of accessing 15 different applications. The new application’s ease of use resulted in decrease in call center volume from 125 to 20 calls per day. Designed and developed user experience standards and guidelines for design and development teams.
